    Organizing products are purchased separately, always within your budget and with your approval.

  • Get your home ready for its next chapter. We offer pre-listing and photo-ready cleaning, plus move-in and move-out cleaning.

  • Decluttering, organizing and cleaning in one visit, from one team. Instead of cleaning around the clutter, we deal with it, then keep the whole home in shape with ongoing maintenance.

  • Add any of these to a scheduled cleaning. Add-ons are billed by the time required.

    Pre-move prep and unpacking. We help you pare down and get ready for a move, and we declutter and style what you already own so your home shines for showings and photos. After your move, imagine your new home unpacked and organized in just a few days.

    Seniors rightsizing and moving support. Packing up a lifetime of memories is emotional. We help you choose what comes with you, what to pass along to family and friends, and what to donate in a meaningful way, at a pace that feels right.

    Estates. Losing a loved one should never be faced alone. We sort through personal belongings with compassion and at your pace, whether you're there with us or directing from afar. We also arrange and supervise the removal of items and prepare the home for sale.

    Pre- and post-partum support. After five babies of my own, I know the little touches that let you focus on what matters most. We'll get your home and nursery ready before baby arrives, or help with meal planning and create a little space just for you.

    Blended family homes. Been there, done that, and it isn't for the faint of heart. We help you sort through both households before the move, so you bring only what you truly love into your new life together.

    Big-time surprises. A garage makeover for a 50th birthday, a Pinterest-perfect pantry for an anniversary, a bedroom makeover for a teen's birthday. We love a good surprise!

  • Virtually any project, with an accountability partner cheering you on. Grab your coffee and join us by video. We'll guide you, give you recommendations and keep you on track until it's done. Available anywhere. $60/hr.

    Virtual organizing includes:

    • Sorting tips, product suggestions and maintenance tips

    • Unlimited email support for 14 days after each session

  • It depends on the size and scope of the space, its current state and how involved you'd like to be. We'll give you an estimate at your free consultation.

  • No, because every project has different needs. Product recommendations always fit your budget and need your approval, and we never mark up products we purchase on your behalf.

  • Yes. We bring all cleaning products, supplies and equipment. Our products are chosen with your home, family and pets in mind. If you have special surfaces or preferred products, just let us know.

  • We aim to send th e same cleaner to every recurring appointment. If your regular cleaner is away, backup coverage is usually available.

  • Yes. Every team member completes criminal record checks, identity verification, reference checks and a video interview. 74 Doors is fully insured and bonded.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we'll make it right.
